Shipping & Terms
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your ship-to location. Standard shipping is via Canada Post. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 7 - 10 business days from the time of order. Express shipping when available is via Canada Post. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 - 6 business days from the time of order. Please choose your shipping method at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction and we will gladly refund any unopened products or replace any defective items within 30 days of your product’s shipping date less shipping and handling. This date is available on your invoice receipt. 
Changed Your Mind
Nu-Life North America line of products has worked for so many people; we want you to try it absolutely risk-free. Just try any one of the Nu-Life North America products for a full 30 days (from date of purchase). If you're not totally satisfied with the results, simply return the bottle's for a complete refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. You have nothing to lose but your weight!
Shipping Errors
We stand by the high quality of our service. If you receive an order in which an error has been made, you must notify the Customer Service Department at 1-(866)-583-0646 or info@nulifehq.com within five working days.
Damaged Shipments
In the event that a damaged shipment is received, please follow these steps:
1.    Accept the delivery
2.    Document on the delivery receipt the number and description of damaged boxes.
3.    Save the damaged products and boxes.
4.    Contact the Customer Service Department at 1-(866)-583-0646
Methods of Refunds for Credit Cards
We can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
For Personal Checks and Money Orders
Customer will be issued a check by postal mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for receipt.
